Agios Spiridon (NC): This is a coastal village situated on the North coast about 5 km past Kassiopi. From the main road there is an asphalt road of about 1km leading down to a beautiful beach with a clear turquoise sea and views across to the Albanian mountains. The village is about 45 km from Corfu Town nestled under high ridges covered with indigenous undergrowth, Cyprus and olive trees. There is a supermarket, other houses and tourist accommodation and attraction in the village.

The village rests on the side of the slopes of Pandocrato mountain and is surrounded by tree covered hills. The two villas for sale are accessed from an asphalt road leading to the village about two kilometres from the village centre. These are a new constructions due for completion in October, 2007. Plantanos: This village is situated about 4 kilometers inland from the coastal town of Roda on the North coast of the island. The surrounding area has hills covered with olive trees. The garden is well developed with trees, flowers and shrubs. The covered space is 114m².
